For products with a warranty card from Buy Cleansui Co., Ltd. only.
WHAT IS COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY
Buy Cleasui Co., Ltd. warrants Mitsubishi Cleasui branded products and Mitsubishi Cleasui branded accessories against defects in materials and workmanship in accordance with their use. Usually two (2) years from the date of purchase.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY
This warranty does not cover (a) consumables such as filters; (b) cosmetic damage including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic openings, except for damage resulting from a defective product. (c) Damage caused by accident, misuse, misuse, acts of nature or other external causes; (d) Damage caused by a service performed by a person other than Buy Cleansui Co., Ltd. (e) Goods not imported by Buy Cleansui Co., Ltd.
